Netchex is seeking a Head of Legal to lead the legal function from a remote base in the US. You will own commercial contracting end-to-end, manage litigation and outside counsel, and build the playbooks supporting new products and lines of business.
You will collaborate with executives across Finance, Sales, and Product, guiding risk and strategy while managing a distributed team in the US and India. A JD and active bar are required.
