UASI is seeking an experienced HCC Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The role supports coding accuracy, HCC capture, regulatory compliance, and clinical documentation integrity across outpatient settings.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in ambulatory CDI or risk adjustment, an active RN or LPN license, and CDI certifications. Proficiency with Epic and OPAs is preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills.
