Lava Island is seeking a Customer Relations & Event Support Specialist to join our remote team supporting East Coast parks from Georgia or Connecticut. You’ll be the first voice guests hear, answering questions, helping with party planning, resolving concerns, and keeping online presence warm and responsive.
You’ll work with the park teams to ensure guests get what they need, coordinating callbacks, and scheduling follow-ups to convert interest into bookings.
