Bolt Farm Treehouse is looking for a remote Guest Services Associate to be the first voice our guests hear. You will handle inbound calls from couples planning anniversaries, proposals, honeymoons, and trips, guiding them to the right booking specialist or scheduling a call for later.
This is inbound only with no sales quotas. A warm phone presence, service-first mindset, and reliability matter most as you route or schedule calls and maintain high guest satisfaction.
