 Compensation      Hourly Pay Rate based on experience      Benefits package: Paid Time Off Essential Job Functions: Client Services      Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.       Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including drafting agendas, capturing action items, and following up on deliverables.       Maintain organized, up-to-date client files, records, and documentation in accordance with firm standards.       Support client onboarding, including gathering organizational documents, registrations, and grant portfolios.       Anticipate client needs and proactively flag issues, deadlines, or risks to the consulting team. Pre-Award Services Support      Conduct grant research to identify federal, state, local, and foundation funding opportunities aligned with client priorities.      Review Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs) and prepare summaries of eligibility, submission requirements, and deadlines.       Support grant application development, including assembling attachments, application portal management, and final quality control checks.       Coordinate application submissions through Grants.gov, SAM.gov, and agency-specific portals.      Develop and maintain application checklists, calendars, and submission trackers.      Assist with budget development and budget narrative preparation. Post-Award Services Support       Support grant management activities, including tracking reporting deadlines, deliverables, and award requirements.       Assist with the preparation of financial and programmatic reports for federal and other government awards.       Support subrecipient monitoring activities, including document collection, review, and tracking.       Assist with compliance assessments, including gathering policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.       Help clients prepare for audits and monitoring visits by organizing records and documentation.       Track award modifications, no-cost extensions, and prior approval requests.Project Management      Manage project timelines, tasks, and milestones across multiple client engagements using Asana.       Monitor project budgets and hours to ensure engagements stay on scope and on schedule.       Coordinate internal team members and contractors to keep deliverables on track.       Prepare status reports and dashboards for internal and client review.      Identify process improvements to increase efficiency across engagements. Stakeholder Engagement      Communicate effectively with client staff at all levels, from program teams to executive leadership.       Coordinate with federal, state, and local agency contacts on behalf of clients as needed.       Support partnership activities, including scheduling, follow-up, and materials preparation.       Represent GrantWin professionally in virtual meetings, trainings, and events.      Support the coordination of training sessions, webinars, and workshops, including logistics and participant communication. Quality Assurance       Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements and applicable regulations (including 2 CFR Part 200).       Conduct quality checks on grant applications and reports before submission.       Ensure client files and documentation meet audit-ready standards.       Maintain and update templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures.       Verify that deliverables reflect GrantWin's brand, voice, and quality standards.  Qualifications:       Experienced. You believe that people matter, and you recognize each person's intrinsic value. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities       Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university.       3+ years of progressive experience supporting federal and other government grants (pre-award, post-award, or both).       Working knowledge of federal grant regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance).       Familiarity with federal systems such as Grants.gov, SAM.gov, and agency payment/reporting portals.       Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and a proven track record of working effectively with a variety of stakeholders.       Proficiency with tools and applications including MS Office Suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), and Asana.       Exceptional client service, problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills.       Willingness to work effectively and harmoniously in a virtual work environment.       Demonstrated ability to take initiative and learn new skills.       Excellent communication skills (written and oral).Preferred       Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.       Intermediate SharePoint skills strongly preferred.  Physical Demands and Work Environment       This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend conferences and workshops.       Remote with some travel (as listed above). GNMW LLC dba GrantWin is an equal opportunity employer, drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
