* Direct experience leading or executing full‑cycle ERP migrations, from planning through go‑live
* Specific experience with Great Plains to Business Central SaaS migrations (not just general ERP experience)
* Able to clearly speak to your exact role and outcomes on past migration projects
* Willing to provide references from prior clients/employers who can verify the work

* Documented Microsoft Dynamics certifications

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate (MB‑820)
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals ERP (MB‑920)
* Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL‑200)
* Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104)
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Location
Remote (must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.)
Nice to Have
* Public sector or government agency project experience
* Experience with system integrations, data migration, and financial/accounting modules
