Next Job Abroad is seeking a German-speaking recruiter to join our international team on a freelance basis. You will manage your own candidate pipeline and recruit primarily for language-based roles across Europe, with a fully remote setup within the EU.
You will work proactively, take ownership of your desk, and drive your own results while meeting weekly KPIs and achieving placements. A monthly onboarding bonus applies in the first three months, followed by uncapped commission.
