Remote General Liability Claims Adjuster

Reserv is seeking a highly organized General Liability Adjuster to join our remote claims team. You will speak with customers, educate them through the claims process, and manage an inventory of claims across Premise, Habitational, and other liability areas.

The role emphasizes empathy, proactive decision-making, and collaboration with outside investigators and clients. Responsibilities include triaging claims, establishing reserves, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and procedures.
