MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives to support charitable programs through outbound donor calls. You will be assigned to one of four teams working for multiple clients, making 4–8 calls per client per day with scripted conversations.
We provide in-depth training, flexible 40-hour schedules, and a path toward advancement. A wired home internet connection and a quiet workspace are required to ensure high-quality donor interactions.
