We’re seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing virtual care team. The PA will provide direct, evidence-based GI care via telehealth in collaboration with supervising physicians, registered dietitians, and health coaches. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, whole-person digestive health care that improves outcomes for our members.

Fully remote, serving members across all 50 states
Conduct virtual patient assessments (history, symptoms, guided physical exam where appropriate)
Diagnose and manage GI-related conditions in alignment with clinical protocols
Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and care team
Escalate complex or high-risk cases to supervising physician as needed
Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record
Comfortable practicing in a fully virtual environment
Adaptable and excited to be part of an early-stage company shaping the future of care
Experience managing patients with chronic conditions or in a GI specialty (e.g., Ability to practice independently within scope, while collaborating effectively with supervising physician and care team
Prior telehealth experience
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish strongly preferred, other languages a plus)

Credentialing and enrollment
As licensure, credentialing, and operational readiness are completed, providers will transition into clinical training and begin caring for Members.
