Remote Full Stack Java DeveloperWe are looking for a remote full stack Java developer application developer to imagine, create, and develop applications to help interact with our customers.Support deployed software by investigating issues and rolling out needed patchesSupport the team in tier 2 weekly on-call rotationDevelop high quality, secure, scalable & maintainable software, abiding by coding standardsReview code with other developers to share project and technical knowledgeDeploy projects within build and deploy pipeline, includes transitioning first line support to IT Ops teamCollaborate with developers, analysts, and QA testers to plan and execute in a high-energy Agile environmentParticipate in technical planning, determine tasks associated with project assignments, estimates and dependenciesWork with Enterprise Architecture to design software solutions that supports the Mortgage Insurance life cycleUpdate and modernize code to the latest supported versions to ensure security, stability, and supportFlex to work with new technologies and tools as we explore new ways to deliver business solutionsFurther develop continuous testing and secure coding standardsEffectively communicate project status and deliveries to team and managementMentor and counsel junior teammatesDo you have what it takes?Education: Completion of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems. Additional experience (2 years) beyond the minimum (below) may be substituted for education beyond an Associate Degree.
