Nutrafol is seeking an Operations Manager to join a fast-growing team. You’ll wear multiple hats, combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and guide a culture of excellence across day-to-day operations.
You should bring 4–6 years in operations management in a manufacturing or nutraceutical setting, plus 1–2 years of people leadership and strong experience with Magento, Skubana and Salesforce. This is a fully remote role with occasional regional travel for audits and 3PL visits.
