Microsoft is seeking a Pilot to join the Flight Simulator team as a subject matter expert. This remote role collaborates with Test, Engineering and Production teams to ensure accuracy of aircraft in the simulator.
Core hours are 9am–3pm PST, Monday through Friday, with 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have real-world helicopter and fixed-wing experience and at least a private pilot license; familiarity with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 or 2024 is preferred.
