Ladders is seeking a Primary Care Physician for multiple DC openings with a remote component. The role combines in-office care and remote patient support, focusing on access, continuity, and ongoing learning.

Expect a balanced mix of procedural work and strong patient relationships in a collaborative outpatient setting. Ideal candidates are completing or have completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency, with 2+ years outpatient experience, board certification or eligible plans
