Remote-First Fintech Partnerships Associate

Coinbase is seeking an Associate, Financial Services Partnerships to join the Consumer Business Development team. You’ll support day-to-day partnership operations, drive performance across the portfolio, and coordinate cross-functional execution that directly impacts how millions of customers transact on Coinbase.

This role requires 2–4 years in business development or partnerships, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
