Tilt is seeking a Finance Systems & Automation Analyst to automate accounting close and reporting using SQL, Python, and our BI stack. You’ll automate reconciliations, variance analysis, and close schedules, turning manual tasks into repeatable processes.
You’ll work hands-on: writing queries, cleaning ERP data (NetSuite, Aleph), building dashboards, and validating outputs with finance teams across the organization.
