Remote Field Access Lead — Patient Access & Accounts

Pfizer is seeking a Field Access Lead (FAL) for the Fort Wayne, IN area to execute Pfizer’s patient access strategy while maintaining compliance standards.

You will work field-based, collaborating with commercial and US Market Access teams to engage territory-aligned accounts, helping ensure patient access and timely resolution of payer issues. A strong background in payer policies, utilization management, and account leadership is required.
