Remote Full Time Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, review, and certify survey deliverables including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision plats, and mapping products
Ensure all survey work complies with applicable statutes, administrative codes, and professional standards
Provide oversight and mentorship to survey staff, including technicians and field crews
Manage survey projects including scope, schedules, budgets, and quality control
Review survey data and mapping for accuracy and completeness prior to signing and sealing
Coordinate with engineers, architects, developers, title companies, and public agencies
Support transportation, municipal, and land development projects with survey expertise
Assist with proposals, project planning, and client communication
Maintain strong client and agency relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM)

Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary surveys, plats, and topographic surveys

Strong understanding of surveying regulations, land records, and compliance requirements

Experience managing multiple projects and working with multidisciplinary teams

Proficiency with survey data processing and CAD platforms such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar

Experience leading teams and overseeing project delivery
