Remote Family Nurse Practitioner Telehealth Wellness Visits

NPHire is delivering mobile and virtual health visits to patients in their homes, led by physicians while in-home staff handle vitals, blood draws, and other hands-on tasks.

You will conduct virtual annual wellness visits and health risk assessments for adult and geriatric patients, primarily Medicaid-enrolled, coordinating care with in-home clinicians and a distributed team. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits and malpractice coverage.
