Remote Facilities Director, Enterprise Operations

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Facilities Director to lead enterprise-level facilities management across a large restaurant portfolio. You will drive strategy, capital planning, and vendor partnerships to maximize uptime and asset reliability, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will report to Operations leadership, manage a diverse team of managers and technicians, and partner with Finance on budgets and cost forecasting. Remote-based role with travel to markets as needed.
