Radiology Associate of Canton (RAC) is seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Radiologists to join their remote evening team. These full-time roles offer flexible scheduling with both Associate and Partnership Track opportunities, allowing radiologists to choose start and end times that best fit their schedule. This position provides an excellent work-life balance within a highly collaborative, physician-led group, focusing on interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies and performing non-subspecialty reads.

- Serves Aultman Hospital main campus, Aultman Orrville Hospital, Aultman Alliance Community Hospital, Southwest General Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Foundation Union Hospital sites, and other locations in Cuyahoga, Stark, Tuscarawas and Wayne Counties.
- Partners with Aultman, Mercy and NEOMED to offer a four-year ACGME accredited residency training program in diagnostic radiology.
- Group consists of 29 sub-specialized radiologists, PAs, and an RA.
Responsibilities
- Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies.
- Perform non-subspecialty reads.
- Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty.
- Comfortable reading general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine.
- Opportunities to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice.
Compensation
- Total Starting Compensation for Remote Evening Associate: $425,000 (inclusive of 401K profit sharing).
- Commencement Bonus: $50,000.
- Total Starting Compensation for Remote Evening Partner: $490,000 (inclusive of 401K profit sharing).
- Substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1,000,000 in annual total compensation.
- Partner compensation averaging $800,000 annually.

Shift & Schedule
- Evening/2nd Shift.
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week).
- Remote Evening Associate Schedule: 7 on/14 off (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose).
- Remote Evening Partner Schedule: 7 on/14 off + 28 additional half evening shifts (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose).
Requirements
- Licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Ohio.
- Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
