This role offers 100% subspecialty neuroradiology reads and excellent work-life balance with flexible schedules, including weekday-only, evening, late evening, and overnight shifts. Opportunities are available for both Associate and Partnership Track positions.

- Operates an internal 24/7 Results Communication Center support team, "CORE" (Center of Radiology Excellence), to coordinate care and clinical contact.

Compensation
- Total Starting Compensation for Remote Evening Neuro Associate (1 week on / 2 weeks off): $450,000 (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
- Commencement Bonus for Remote Evening Neuro Associate (1 week on / 2 weeks off): $50,000
- Total Starting Compensation for Remote Evening Neuro Partner (1 week on / 2 weeks off): $490,000 (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
- Commencement Bonus for Remote Evening Neuro Partner (1 week on / 2 weeks off): $50,000
- Total Starting Compensation for Remote Evening Neuro Partner (1 week on / 1 week off): $660,000 (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
- Commencement Bonus for Remote Evening Neuro Partner (1 week on / 1 week off): $125,000
- Substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800,000 annually.

- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- Multiple schedules available, including weekday-only, evening, late evening, and overnight shifts.
- Remote Evening Neuro Associate: 1 week on / 2 weeks off (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose)
- Remote Evening Neuro Partner: 1 week on / 2 weeks off + 28 additional half evening shifts (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose)
- Remote Evening Neuro Partner: 1 week on / 1 week off (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose)
Requirements
- BE or BC Neuroradiologist
- Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty
- Comfortable reading a mix of outpatient, inpatient, and emergency imaging as needed
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Ohio
- CAQ Preferred
