Remote Evening General Radiologist

Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Remote Evening Diagnostic Radiologist to support our growing practice in Connecticut. This role is designed for radiologists who thrive in high-acuity environments, enjoy rapid decision-making, and want the flexibility of a fully remote evening schedule. Practice Info

• Remote in CT
• Onsite option available
• Coverage of after-hours Emergency Department, inpatient, and STAT examinations
• Covering non-emergent ambulatory general radiology and ambulatory radiology as mutually desirable specific to any appropriate sub-specialty training as a component of swing shift volume
• No mammography, interventional radiology, or nuclear medicine
• Onsite radiology residency program offering opportunities for teaching and academic engagement

Shift & Schedule

• Swing/Overlapping shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Flexible shift reading hours, open to shifts between 6 and 10 hours in length, covering mid-afternoon to late evening EST hours (3pm-1am)
• 7on/7off
• 7on/14off
• Monday through Sunday

Responsibilities

• Interpret studies in emergency settings including Level I trauma center studies in an urban setting
• Handle acute inpatient studies
• Develop new programs and consider extensive network collaborations for leaders willing to take on the role

Compensation

• Salary range with a base of $625,000 for on-site and $600,000 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000 annually
• Commencement and or retention bonuses up to $100,000 collectively
• Annual discretionary bonus
• One-year partnership track

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
• Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Diagnostic Radiology Program
• Fellowship training preferred, in either Body, MSK, Neuro, or ER
• Practice will assist in obtaining licenses in both Connecticut
