Radiology Associate of Canton (RAC) is seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Radiologists to join their remote evening team. These full-time roles offer flexible scheduling with Associate and Partnership Track opportunities, allowing radiologists to choose start and end times for an excellent work-life balance within a highly collaborative, physician-led group. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies and performing non-subspecialty reads.

- Partners with Aultman, Mercy and NEOMED to offer a four-year ACGME accredited residency training program in diagnostic radiology.
- Group consists of 29 sub-specialized radiologists, PAs and an RA.
Responsibilities
- Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies.
- Perform non-subspecialty reads.
- Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty.
- Read general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine.
Compensation
- Total Starting Compensation for Remote Evening Associate: $425K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing).
- Commencement Bonus for Remote Evening Associate: $50K.
- Total Starting Compensation for Remote Evening Partner: $490K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing).
- Commencement Bonus for Remote Evening Partner: $50K.
- Substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities.
- Some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation.
- Partner compensation averaging $800K annually.

Requirements
- Licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Ohio.
- Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
