Remote (EU) Workday Paradox Change Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for a contractor that can support the Change Management team. The Mid-level Change Management contractor will help prepare and build change management deliverables for the Global Workday Project. The project has already established a change management strategy and a communication plan. This person will assist with global stakeholders and coordinate readiness activities for the project.

  Experience utilizing Workday implementations across a global scale (multi-country projects)

  Experience with communication and coordination surrounding readiness activities

  Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and understand change requirements

  Ability to draft communications and work with project managers

• n

  Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools Paradox
