To support the implementation and ongoing management of the EPIC application, the full-time Remote Epic Orders Coordinator will be responsible for design, build/configuration, testing, validation, and support of the software while maintaining communication with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Key responsibilities Maintain regular communication with vendor representatives and end users to ensure system alignment with business needs Achieve and maintain Epic certification for the Orders application while participating in project plan development and monitoring milestones Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues, providing expertise to facilitate discussions and decisions Required qualifications Associate Degree or higher education, or related applicable experience 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience Must complete required training for product implementation and pass certification within 45 days of training completion Epic certification in Orders preferred Experience in analyzing workflows and translating needs into system design
