Remote Epic Ambulatory Concierge

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Maestro Care Concierge Application Analyst for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will serve as a trusted Epic resource for providers and clinical staff, helping optimize workflows, personalize Epic functionality, and support new provider onboarding. The role combines provider support, workflow optimization, training, troubleshooting, and light Epic build work while acting as a key liaison between operational stakeholders and technical teams. Candidates who enjoy end-user interaction, problem solving, and improving provider efficiency within Epic will thrive in this position.

Skills and Requirements

• Epic Ambulatory Certification

 • 3+ years of Epic experience

 • At least 1+ year of Epic Analyst experience

 • Ambulatory workflow knowledge

 • Provider-facing support experience

 • Epic personalization/optimization experience

 • Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience troubleshooting and supporting end users • Epic ATE or Trainer experience

 • SmartTools build experience

 • Flow Navigator/Flowsheet build experience

 • Concierge or provider support experience

 • Epic build/configuration experience

 • Clinical background
