Samsara is hiring for a Senior Customer Success role focused on enterprise customers. You will join the Implementation team, owning relationships from onboarding to renewal and ensuring customers adopt and gain value from Samsara’s IoT solutions across fleets and industrial assets.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, travel up to 10% as needed, and operate in a fully remote model within the US (except NYC).
