You will manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional service and secure customers’ cloud cybersecurity journeys.
In this role you will build long-term partnerships, present high-level value, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and help shape the customer journey from initial engagement through renewal.
