To support the enrollment process, the part-time Remote Enrollment Specialist will manage student inquiries and registrations, drive enrollment and retention rates, and collaborate with marketing and customer relations to enhance business operations. Key responsibilities Drive enrollment, retention, and conversion rates in existing and new locations Professionally handle inquiries and registrations across the full range of services and activities Manage Open Houses and lead change projects to improve customer engagement and recruit new students Required qualifications Availability to work minimally one weekday and one weekend Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service Tech-savvy with strong skills in Google Suite Exceptional interpersonal skills, including professional handling of client feedback Demonstrated leadership abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment
