Remote Engineering Manager, Rails/React Platform

Pearson is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a 5–8 person team on the Enterprise Learning & Skills platform. You’ll guide delivery, ensure performance, and grow the team’s capabilities while partnering with Product, Customer Success, and external vendors.

You won’t need to write production code, but you’ll influence architecture, ensure quality, and champion secure, resilient practices across the API-driven platform used globally.
