Darkroom is seeking a Retention Specialist to lead email and SMS marketing for DTC brands. You’ll partner with Associate Directors of Retention and cross-functional teams to develop high-performing campaigns that translate data into strategy and revenue.
This fully remote role supports a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and Mexico. You will own campaigns, flows, testing, optimization, and reporting to grow retention and reduce churn.
