MedZed is looking for a full-time Enrollment Representative to work remotely and help connect underserved individuals with Community Health Navigators. You'll be engaging with the community to enroll qualified members into the ECM program, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated problem-solvers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work a 1:00pm to 9:00pm shift. Experience in healthcare or community services is a plus.
