OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations for 20+ apartment communities and lead a team of 15–30+ Valet Trash Technicians. You will report to the Regional Manager, ensuring client satisfaction and high performance across properties.
You will work remotely and in the field with a split-shift schedule, provide on-call support, recruit and develop staff, and conduct inspections to maintain compliance and safety.
