Position: 100% Remote Independent Contractor (1099)
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct phone and video planning sessions with families to map out theme park vacations, resort stays, and dining packages.
Monitor promotion release dates to apply discount codes and save clients money on existing reservations.
Build customized daily park itineraries, guiding clients through reservation windows, ride pass systems, and dining reservations.
Provide ongoing client support leading up to their departure date to answer questions and adjust schedules.
Required Skills:
Active Listening: Patiently listening to parents' needs to match them with the right resort categories and dining plans.
Active Reading: Reading and staying updated on frequently changing theme park policies, ticket rules, and park hours.
Tech Literacy: Basic computer operational skills, including web navigation, managing multi-tab searches, and utilizing digital itinerary apps.
Communication: Upbeat, enthusiastic telephone and video presentation style that builds trust with family travel bookers.
Compensation:
Performance/commission-based pay. Expected first-year earnings range from $35,000 to $70,000 per year, tied directly to individual booking sales and client retention.
Training & Onboarding:
In-depth product training provided, including official destination supplier courses, itinerary design tools, commission tracking platforms, and live social media lead-generation strategies.
