Remote Disability Advocate

Serving as a dedicated advocate for health plan members, the full-time Remote Disability Advocate will manage communication, guide clients through the Social Security disability process, and maintain relationships with medical providers and government agencies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for health plan members, addressing inquiries and clarifying complex information Gather, verify, and submit necessary documentation for disability applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Manage multiple software systems to track member progress and documentation, maintaining proactive case management Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, social services, or case management Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills Detail-oriented with a goal-driven mindset and willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate multiple platforms Experience working with government agencies or in disability/claims processing is a plus
