Remote Director of Asset Management – Multifamily Housing

The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) seeks a Director/Senior Director of Portfolio Asset Management to lead the strategy, performance, and risk oversight for our multifamily loan portfolio, including LIHTC and Agency assets, across a remote U.S. footprint with travel as needed.

You will develop a high-performing team of asset managers, ensure disciplined credit oversight, and collaborate with borrowers, guarantors, and Agency partners to preserve asset value and advance CPC's mission.
