Equip is a fully virtual clinic delivering evidence-based nutrition care to families across the U.S. The Registered Dietitian will consult with treatment teams to support children’s nutritional restoration using family-based approaches.
Position requires an active Illinois license, ACEND bachelor’s degree, and ability to manage up to 80 patients per year. Telehealth hours are Monday–Friday, with a flexible schedule and remote work from home options.
