We are seeking a Remote Cruise Planning Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others plan relaxing and memorable cruise vacations. You willwork in a fully remote environment, assisting clients and supporting our travel team with planning and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Research cruise destinations, itineraries, and onboard experiences based on client preferences.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including accommodations, excursions, and pre- or post-cruise stays.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients to ensure their travel needs are met.
- Maintain organized and accurate booking records.
- Provide ongoing client support before, during, and after travel.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
