Balto is building the AI Workforce for contact centers, and we need a Demand Generation Manager who’s obsessed with pipeline and powered by data. This builder role will create programs from the ground up, help build the outbound engine with the BDR team, and have real room to grow.
You’ll own programs end to end, from ideation to measurable results. You’ll run multi‑channel campaigns, craft webinar content, and partner with Sales to move MQLs to SQLs.
