Radiology Partners is seeking a Remote Daytime General Radiologist to join their expanding practice in Florida. This full-time W-2 position offers the flexibility to read remotely from anywhere in the U.S. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting a wide range of general diagnostic imaging and thrive in a collaborative environment.

- RP Florida serves 8 HCA hospitals and multiple freestanding emergency rooms across the Greater Tampa region and Florida's Gulf Coast.
- Provides expertise across all major radiology subspecialties, offering both on-site and remote reading services, along with a variety of procedural cases.
- Team-based model fosters exceptional patient care through strategic use of shared resources, state-of-the-art technology, and comprehensive support.
- Fully integrated workstation under RP Cloud Enterprise tech stack; Includes Intelerad PACS, Clario Worklist, and Mosaic Reporting.
- Continued AI enhancements through platforms and programs such as Aidoc, RecoMD, and Best Practice Recommendation (BPR) Templates.
Responsibilities
- Interpret a wide range of general diagnostic imaging beyond their subspecialty.
- Work in a collaborative environment.
- Case mix includes ER with all general modalities, trauma, and entire stroke protocol.
Compensation
- The total compensation package for this position is $450,000-$1,000,000.
- This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- W-2 employment options: pay per click or base plus productivity.

Shift & Schedule
- Day/1st Shift
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)/FULLTIME
- Flexible schedule options: 7 on/7 off, 7 on/14 off, M-F with one weekend per month, other scheduling options also available.

Requirements
- Candidates must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Fellowship training in Body or Cardiothoracic Imaging is welcomed but not required.
- Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
- FL license required or the ability to obtain a FL license; Must be licensed in home state as well.
