Working remotely, the full-time Remote Data Scientist will apply Python, SQL, and applied statistics/ML to address product and risk questions while collaborating with engineers and analysts and presenting findings to stakeholders. Key responsibilities Utilize Python and SQL to analyze data and develop models for product and risk assessment Collaborate with engineering and analytical teams to derive insights and support decision-making Present analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders effectively Required qualifications Solid experience with Python and SQL Foundational knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis Exposure to applied machine learning techniques, such as using scikit-learn Experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is a plus Familiarity with statistical risk modeling is advantageous
