About the Role

Value Machinery Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to enter and manage information accurately.

You do not need extensive experience to apply. Training is provided, and we are looking for individuals who are reliable, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain company information in databases and spreadsheets
Review data for accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain digital records and documents
Verify information and identify basic discrepancies
Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and records
Process routine data-entry and administrative tasks
Follow company procedures for entering and organizing information
Maintain confidentiality when handling company records
Communicate with team members when information is missing or requires clarification

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and typing skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional communication skills
Previous data entry or office experience is a plus, but not required
