Remote Data Center Cost Controls Manager

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Controls Manager to support data center and mission-critical capital programs. The role is primarily remote and will oversee cost controls across tenant fit-outs, retrofits, and ground-up construction.

You will deliver accurate financial insight and early risk identification in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing budgets and forecasts, reviewing invoices and change orders, and preparing monthly cost reports.
