About the Role
3 Dots is looking for a Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to assist with client communication, travel planning, hospitality services, and event coordination.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in travel, hotels, hospitality, events, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel and hospitality planning
Research hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, transportation, activities, and excursions
Help organize itineraries and travel details
Assist with group travel and event arrangements
Communicate with clients regarding their preferences and plans
Provide information and recommendations based on client needs
Assist with coordinating travel and event details
Maintain accurate and organized client information
Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
Provide professional and responsive customer service
Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating through phone, email, and online platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Interest in travel, hospitality, events, or client services
Comfortable learning new software and online planning tools
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, travel, events, customer service, or administration is helpful but not required
