Voltus is seeking a Customer Success Associate to bring new customer sites into the energy market and onboard them from contract to live site. You will own cross-team onboarding, coordinating data collection, registrations, hardware installation, and testing to get sites live in under 100 days.
You will stay with the account after onboarding, supporting dispatch events, registrations, and seasonal updates, with no sales quota and a regional team of Sales Directors.
