Remote Customer Solutions Specialist (Consumer)

Masco Corporation is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (Consumer) to support MHPI and Masco Canada customers from India on a permanent remote basis. You will handle inquiries across phone, chat and email, delivering exceptional service as the front line for consumer questions and product offerings.

Reports to the Customer Solutions Supervisor / Manager. The role is fully customer-facing with responsibilities for assisting customers and acting as the initial contact for Masco Canada
