Remote Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote)

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with reservations, booking updates, and general account inquiries.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting calls and maintaining service quality.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access and authorization to work in the US.
