We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help create a positive client experience by answering questions, providing information, coordinating appointments, and assisting individuals throughout the benefit process.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and customer-focused, with a commitment to providing high-quality service during every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound and outbound client communication
Respond to questions and provide professional customer support
Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
Conduct virtual presentations with members who have requested benefit information
Explain available programs and help clients understand their options
Assist with applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Complete follow-ups and quality-control activities
Develop strong knowledge of available products and services
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
