As an Independent Contractor with Mezame Group, you are in charge ofyour own schedule. You have the flexibility to decide when you want towork whether that's on weekends, evenings, or mornings and how manyhours you commit each day. This freedom lets you design a work routinethat integrates smoothly with your lifestyle, giving you more qualitytime with your family and loved ones.

There area few steps you'll need to follow to begin the Ariseapplication process, and Ill be here to support you throughout. As yougo through these steps, you'll notice there are some costs associatedwith becoming certified to serve Arise clients as a contractor. Think ofthese expenses as an investment in your future goal of achieving asignificant income for yourself and your family.

To become certified for one of the job opportunities:

• $30.00 background check valid for 36 months (this is a 1099 position)

Pay Periods:

• Twice a month (on the 1st and the 15th)

Flat Rate Deduction:

• Amount: $54.75 per pay period
• Condition: This fee is only charged if you are receiving revenue for that pay period.
• Coverage: This fee covers the costs of business operations, including:
• The client's systems for servicing

Invoice Details:

• The fee will appear on your invoice, which you will receive four days prior to your pay being direct deposited.

No Additional Fees:

• Outside of this flat rate fee, no other fees are taken from your check.
